Mexican Baked Black Cod
Try this delicious easy to make Mexican Baked Black Cod!
Ingredients:
3 x 6 Ounce Black Cod Fillets
2/3 Cup Salsa
2/3 Cup shredded Mexican mix cheese
1/3 Cup Santitas corn chips
3/4 of a medium sized avocado (peeled, pitted and sliced)
Oil (to grease dish)
3 Tbsp sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400’F
Grease dish lightly
season fillets with salt and pepper
Place fish on a baking tray and top with salsa, then cheese, and then crushed tortilla chips
Bake uncovered for around 12 minutes or until fish reaches an internal temperature of 145’F
Serves 3
