Northwest Wild Foods Shipping Information

All frozen perishable orders are shipped with dry ice and delivered in 1 to 3 days depending on location unless the customer specifies an Overnight Air Upgrade for an additional fee. Please contact us if you need your order by a specific time to discuss options. Please be sure to freeze your perishable items immediately after receiving them unless you plan on using them right away. Our frozen (perishable) items are shipped out only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Perishable items shipping into Alaska or Hawaii will only ship out on Mondays each week to avoid and delivery issues. If your order arrives slightly thawed please throw in the freezer and the items will be fine. We equate this to purchasing frozen items at the grocery store and returning to your home later. Items thaw slightly but are perfectly fine. All fresh mushrooms ship overnight service. All non-perishable items are shipped via ground service and should arrive at your door within 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. PST are generally shipped the same day Mon-Wed. Note that perishable items may ship separately of non-perishable items. If your order contains both they may arrive on different days with different carriers. All Northwest Wild Foods products are guaranteed to arrive at your door in first-rate condition. Our products are packaged and shipped with the utmost care using the best industry technology to keep your purchase safe and secure in transit. We guarantee it!

We provide customers with the best shipping rates possible. Keep in mind that perishable items and non-perishable items may ship separately. We charge flat rates no matter how much you purchase and always offer free shipping on any order over $125. Non-perishable items include: Jams, Syrups, and Dried Mushrooms, etc. Perishable items include: Berries, Fish & Fresh or Frozen Mushrooms. Whether you purchase 1 item or 10 items its the same low shipping rate.

Please present us with a correct street address. Perishable items can not be delivered to P.O. Boxes. We do not guarantee orders that are sent to incorrect or incomplete address provided by customers. Please be sure to double check all addresses. Unless you state otherwise, your order will be shipped according to one of the above tables.

 Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns on all non-perishable items for a full refund of unopened or defective products. However we cannot accept returns on perishable/frozen items. If you are every unhappy with the items you received contact us to discuss the options. We are a small family business and will try to work with you the best we can.
