We are confident our customers will be truly delighted with the products they receive from us. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist you. We do not accept returns on frozen-perishable items. We ask that you report any issues or concerns within 24 hours of receiving your order and also emailing us photos at thebear@nwwildfoods.com will help us better serve you in the future.
