Northwest Wild Foods Smoked Salmon Dip

Thaw time: 2hrs.
Ingredients:
1 6oz. pkg Old Style Smoked Salmon ( Thawed with skin removed). Set aside.
4 oz. cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp capers (rinsed and drained)
½ tbsp fresh dill chopped o 1 ½ tsp dried dill
1 tbsp snipped chives
3 drops of hot sauce
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
**Optional 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
Place all ingredients except salmon in a large mixing bowl.
Mix on low speed using a stand or hand mixer for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Add salmon and blend on low until well combined. Spoon in to serving dish, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve with crackers or sliced toasted baguette.
