Teriyaki Salmon with Green Beans

Yields: 2 servings
Ingredients
● 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
● 2 cups mixed green beans
● 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
● 1 tsp sesame oil
● 1/4 tsp black pepper
● Sesame seeds (garnish)
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with teriyaki sauce and place them in the pan. Cook for 4–5 minutes per side, until cooked through and lightly glazed.
- Meanwhile, in another pan, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add green beans and sauté for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender. Season with black pepper.
- Serve the salmon with the sautéed green beans. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
