Teriyaki Salmon Bowl with Rice and Avocado

Yields: 2 servings
Ingredients
● 2 wild king salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
● 1 cup cooked jasmine rice ● 1/2 avocado
● 1 cup sautéed spinach
● 1 tbsp soy sauce
● 1 tsp sesame oil
● 1/4 tsp salt
● Green onion and sesame seeds (garnish)
Instructions
1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Season salmon with salt and brush with soy sauce and sesame oil. Sear for 5–6 minutes per side until glazed and cooked through.
2. Warm rice and sauté spinach if not pre-cooked.
3. Assemble bowls with a bed of rice, followed by spinach and avocado slices. Top with salmon. Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
