Salmon Poke Bowl with Avocado and Rice

Ingredients
● 1 cup sushi rice, cooked
● 6 oz sushi-grade salmon, cubed ● 1/2 avocado, sliced
● 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
● 1/2 cup cucumber slices
● 1 tbsp tamari
● 1 tsp sesame oil
● 1 tsp rice vinegar
● Black and white sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cubed salmon with tamari, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Let marinate in the fridge for 5–10 minutes.
- Arrange cooked rice in serving bowls. Top with marinated salmon, avocado, red cabbage, and cucumber.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
