Orange-Ginger Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
● 2 wild sockeye or coho salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
● 1/2 cup orange juice
● 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
● 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
● 1 garlic clove, minced
● 1/2 tsp tamari or low-sodium soy sauce
● 1/4 tsp salt ● Orange wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, ginger, garlic, tamari, and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
- Place the salmon fillets, skin-side down, on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the glaze.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. 5. Serve with fresh orange wedges and drizzle with remaining glaze.
