Salmon Pasta Bake with Peas

Yields: 4 servings
Ingredients
● 2 cups cooked salmon, cubed
● 2 cups cooked whole-wheat rotini
● 1 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
● 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
● 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
● 1 tsp Dijon mustard
● 1/4 tsp sea salt
● 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, salmon, peas, yogurt, mustard, salt, and pepper.
3. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
4. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden. Cool slightly before serving.
