Try the delectable Rhubarb Crisp!
Ingredients:
- 4 Cups Fresh Frozen Organic Rhubarb
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Cups sugar
- 3/4 Cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 Cup butter
- Heat oven to 350’F
- Place Organic Rhubarb in un-greased dish, 6×10″
- Sprinkle with salt
- Measure sugar, flour and cinnamon into a bowl
- Add butter and mix thoroughly until mixture is crumbly
- Sprinkle evenly over Rhubarb
- Bake 40-45 minutes or until topping is golden brown
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
