Rhubarb Bread Pudding

In the mood for a tasty snack or dessert? Try the scrumptious Rhubarb Bread Pudding!

Ingredients:
  • 4 bread slices
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 Cup sugar; granulated
  • 1/4 Tsp cinnamon
  • 3 Cups Organic Rhubarb cut in to 1″ pieces
Instructions:
  1. Spread each slice of bread with 1 tsp of butter
  2. Cut buttered bread into 1/2″ cubes
  3. Combine sugar and cinnamon
  4. Arrange half of Organic Rhubarb in bottom of greased 8″ baking dish
  5. Top with half of bread cubes and half of sugar mixture
  6. Repeat
  7. Dot with remaining butter
  8. Cover and bake at 375 F’ for 20 mins
  9. Uncover and bake 20-25 minutes more or ’till lightly browned
