Ingredients:2 cups rolled oats (not instant or quick cooking) 2 cups low fat milk 1 teaspoon lemon zest 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup organic chopped almonds, pecans, walnuts or other nuts 1 cup Pomegranate Arils 2 tablespoons honey Directions: Combine oats, milk, zest and vanilla in a bowl then cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, scoop oatmeal into bowls and top with Pomegranate Seeds, almonds and a drizzle of honey. Yogurt is a great addition to this healthy and tasty breakfast as well. Serves 4
