Huckleberry Dumpcake
Our Wild Blue Huckleberry Dump Cake is simple recipe that tastes delicious. It has been a family favorite for generations. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 bag (5 cups/1.5lbs)- Wild Blue Huckleberries (slightly thawed)
2 cups- sliced apples or peaches
1 box (18 oz)- Yellow cake mix
1 cup- butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together huckleberries and apples in a bowl and place into a 9×13 inch-baking dish spreading evenly. Pour the box of yellow cake mix evenly over the fruit. Spread the melted butter over the cake mix evenly. Bake for appx. 1 hour. Let cool and Enjoy. Goes great with ice cream!
