    (verified owner):

I have just tried the Shitake mushrooms and they are wonderful! The small containers of fresh Shitake found in grocery stores have usually been sitting around for a while and are often a bit slimy toward the bottom. I took these dried mushrooms and soaked them in warm vegetable stock before draining and stir frying with shrimp, diced red pepper, sliced scallions and chopped walnuts. A little sesame oil (or extra virgin olive oil) and a light summer supper is done. Fabulous. Thank you!
