Dried Lobster Mushrooms

Lobster mushrooms have an orange, reddish color similar to that of a lobster. They are a meaty mushroom that works well in stews or soups. They can also be sliced thin and sauteed with meat or vegetables. Our Dried Lobster Mushrooms have great color and come in nice large chunks. We hand select our mushrooms choosing only the highest quality. These wild dried lobster mushrooms are handpicked each fall here in the Pacific Northwest by our determined pickers who forage them from their secret patches in the mountains. This mushroom is sure to add flavor, color and texture to many dishes!

Tips to Use: To reconstitute place in warm water and let soak for 10-15 mins. Then cook like normal and enjoy!
