Strawberry Rhubarb Sherbet

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint Organic Strawberries
  • 2 cups cooked Organic Rhubarb
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Wash Organic Strawberries, hull and mash
  2. Press Organic Rhubarb through seive
  3. Add remaining ingredients
  4. Pour into freezing tray of refrigerator and freeze without stirring until firm
  5. When ready to serve, scrape up thin layers of the mixture with an inverted spoon, beat back and forth in the tray until smooth
  6. Serve immediately
