Garlic Butter Baked Halibut

Looking for a simple yet quick and delicious meal? Try the Garlic Butter Baked Halibut recipe! Ingredients:
- 3 x 6 Ounce Wild Alaskan Halibut Fillets
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)
- A dollop of Lemon herb butter
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450’F
- lightly cover Halibut fillets in olive oil
- Arrange single layered on a baking dish
- In a small saucepan, over low heat, melt the butter
- Add garlic to the melted butter and sauté for around 5 minutes or until golden brown
- Place Halibut in oven for 10 minutes; after 5 minutes begin to baste Halibut with butter mixture and continue to do so for remainder of cook time
- Check to make sure the Halibut is at its ideal cooked temperature of 145’F
- Place a dollop of lemon herb butter on top and serve!
