Grilled Black Cod

Ingredients:
3 x 6 ounce Wild Black Cod Fillets
2 1/2 Tbsp salted butter
1/4 Cup lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp fresh finely chopped parsley
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp of black pepper (or to taste)
1/4 tsp of paprika (or to taste)
1 thinly sliced red onion
Directions:
Cut 3 large squares of aluminum foil and place a Wild Black Cod Fillet on each square
In a saucepan melt butter; add lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper then mix well
Pour mixture evenly over the fillets; then sprinkle with paprika and top with the thinly sliced onion
Wrap the fillets up in the foil making sure they are sealed
Grill 5-7 minutes each side and test with a thermometer; fish is cooked perfectly at 145’F
