
Lemon & Dill Baked Salmon
Wow your family and friends with this quick and easy Lemon & Dill Baked Salmon recipe!
Ingredients:
- 2 x 6 Ounce Wild King Salmon Fillets
- 2 Tbsp olive oil (plus enough to lightly grease pan)
- Juice of one lemon
- 3 1/2 Tsp fresh dillweed
- 1 Clove fresh garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400’F
- Lightly brush a medium baking dish with oil; Place salmon on the dish and season with salt and pepper
- Slowly heat oil; add lemon juice, garlic and fresh dill
- Drizzle oil over salmon and bake around 10-15 mins or until salmon reaches an ideal inner temperature of 135’F
**We recommend using a thermometer to gauge the ideal inner heat of the fish which is right around 135’F**
