Try the delectable Lebanon County Rhubarb Jam!
- 2 1/2 lbs Organic Rhubarb
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/1 lbs sugar
- 2 oranges, rind and skin off
Skin the Organic Rhubarb (Has already been cut and washed); add sugar and 1/2 cup cold water. Grate the orange rinds and add to the Organic Rhubarb. Add the orange juice and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
