Our Wild Red Huckleberry sauce is perfect for wild fish or game and excellent on wild salmon, wild halibut or pork.
1 1/2 cups- Wild Red Huckleberries or Wild Lingonberries
1/4 cup- red wine
1/3 cup- sugar
1 tbsp- balsamic
1 tbsp- lemon juice
1 pinch cinnamon
1. Add all ingredients to a medium sauce pan.
2. Heat on med-high to a boil
3. Turn to low heat and simmer until sauce thickens slightly
4. Enjoy over your favorite fish or meat.
