Sauteed Spotted Prawns

1/2      pound of spotted prawn

2          tablespoon butter

1          tablespoon freshly minced garlic

1          teaspoon salt

1          teaspoon soy sauce (optional)

1          teaspoon crushed red chili pepper (optional)

1/2       cup white wine

 

  1. Heat the oil in large deep skillet on medium high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 2 minutes or until golden brown. Add spotted prawns; let it cook on each side for about a minute on each side of the prawn.

 

  1. Add white wine, salt, soy sauce, crushed red chili pepper flakes; stir-fry until well bladed for a about another minute. Try and not to over cook the spotted prawn!
