Rhubarb crumble tart

Try the delectable Rhubarb Crisp!

Ingredients:

  • 4 Cups Fresh Frozen Organic Rhubarb
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Cups sugar
  • 3/4 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 Cup butter

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350’F
  2. Place Organic Rhubarb in un-greased dish, 6×10″
  3. Sprinkle with salt
  4. Measure sugar, flour and cinnamon into a bowl
  5. Add butter and mix thoroughly until mixture is crumbly
  6. Sprinkle evenly over Rhubarb
  7. Bake 40-45 minutes or until topping is golden brown
  8. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
