Try our Lingonberry Catsup!

Ingredients:
1 lb frozen wild lingonberries
1/2 cup mild vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon clover
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
1. Boil the berries in the vinegar and water until soft.
2. Put through a sieve.
3. Add the sugar, spices and salt and cook slowly for 4 to 5 minutes.
4. Add the butter.
5. Pour into sterilized jars, seal and process for 5 minutes in a boiling water bath.
6. Serve at room temperature with pork or poultry. Enjoy!
