wild alaskan sockeye salmon

Wow your family and friends with this quick and easy Lemon & Dill Baked Salmon recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 2 x 6 Ounce Wild King Salmon Fillets
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil (plus enough to lightly grease pan)
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 3 1/2 Tsp fresh dillweed
  • 1 Clove fresh garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400’F
  2. Lightly brush a medium baking dish with oil; Place salmon on the dish and season with salt and pepper
  3. Slowly melt butter; add lemon juice, garlic and fresh dill
  4. Drizzle melted butter over salmon and bake around 10-15 mins or until salmon reaches an ideal inner temperature of 135’F

**We recommend using a thermometer to gauge the ideal inner heat of the fish which is right around 135’F**
