  • 3 x 6 ounce Wild Black Cod Fillets
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp salted butter
  • 1/4 Cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp of paprika (or to taste)
  • 1 thinly sliced red onion


  1. Cut 3 large squares of aluminum foil and place a Wild Black Cod Fillet on each square
  2. In a saucepan melt butter;  add lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper then mix well
  3. Pour mixture evenly over the fillets; then sprinkle with paprika and top with the thinly sliced onion
  4. Wrap the fillets up in the foil making sure they are sealed
  5. Grill 5-7 minutes each side and test with a thermometer; fish is cooked perfectly at 145’F

Serves 3
