A true sight to behold and a flavor you won’t soon forget. They make an arduous 300 mile journey through the mineral rich water and rugged terrains of the Copper River in Alaska. For this journey they must pack on a greater fat reserve resulting in an omega and vitamin D rich, decadent flavored fillet.
